This week, I’m excited to sit down with Tasha Booth, CEO, and founder of The Launch Guild. She shares her journey from being in the musical theatre world to now running her own full-service launch support business.

Tasha shares how she took her blog writing hobby to the next level by learning what a virtual assistant was, to making more money than she did in the past working in a director-level position.

We also dive into:

  • The struggles of asking for time off in the corporate world.
  • The big debate about going back to corporate when business gets tough.
  • How to shift your mindset and putting action into making your business happen.
  • The importance of being able to forecast the slow months.
  • Being intentionally consistent with all you do.
