In this episode, Aurora Gregory joins me as she breaks down the realities of leaving corporate and becoming an independent contractor with no plan. She made the leap to become her own boss as a marketer, coach, author, and speaker when she wanted to have more control over her life. Now, she's sharing her biggest challenges of when she started her business, what stopped her from running back to corporate, and her success since.
Aurora dives deep into the benefits of being uncomfortable, finding your community of people with the same dream, and how to get started if something is holding you back.
